Hotel Centro - Santiago del Estero

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santiago del Estero. the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. It was so convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me with all my requests, including parking my car securely inside the building. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated that I didn't need to use earplugs, as the rooms were soundproofed.

Everything was great and I didn't encounter any issues.

We easily explored the city center and downtown from our convenient location. the breakfast selection included tasty breads and sweet cakes, and the gym and terrace on the 5th floor offered great views. Our room was renovated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Some guests complained of loud noise at night from machines within the hotel building, making it difficult for them to sleep.

Great gym and rooftop terrace with amazing views! Perfect location in the city center. Also loved the comfortable bed and spacious room.

Our romantic weekend was ruined by the noisy surroundings and the constant sounds of machines inside the building. the slow and unreliable WiFi in the room was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was really nice and let me check-in already at 8 am, amazing after a long night in a bus. The double room was renovated, supervery comfy and tidy. Plus, the view from the gym/terrace in the fifth floor was very nice.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even stored our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city without any hassle. The location of this hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily access all the downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day before heading out to explore.

Great location, close to everything you need and easy to get around. Good breakfast, with a wide variety of options. The gym/terrace on the top floor offers a relaxing view and a convenient place to exercise.

The rooms were not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The bathroom and shower could use some upgrades. The staff charged an incorrect amount during check-out, which had to be disputed.
